No Google Drive as Backup Choice
I have been using BCN Pro for the last 3 years and have had very few problems other than my own mistakes until now. The last few tracks were loop hikes(3-5mi) and when I get back to the Trailhead, the last half or so of the track is a straight line back to the TH. I can't account for any settings that would cause this and I have not been able to find anything to change this behavior.Secondly, since this problem started, I have tried to do my usual backup to the google drive, but the only choice I have under backup destinations is Dropbox. My phone is synced to Google Drive and all other devices that I sync to are working fine. Not sure what happened to the Google Drive Choice in BCN. I've done a local Backup to my computer drive for now. Someone suggested uninstalling and re-installing the application but I am hoping someone may have a better solution than that. Any help is welcome, thanks.

After losing more tracks to the same anomaly, I uninstalled BCN-Pro and reinstalled the latest BCN-Pro, got all my trip data restored and basically started over using the new app(ver. 7.2.8). Once again, I still had the same straight line issue with more tracks. At this point, I concluded it was not the app but something to do with the phone itself. I took it to a local repair tech who discovered that the phone case had a broken seal and was taking on moisture from my sweat or rain water. Mystery solved and I may be trading up to a new phone. The other issue with Google Drive is unfortunately something Crittermap Software has decided to drop. Since I don't have a Dropbox account, I have no easy way to backup to the cloud. I guess I will continue to backup to my local computer until another solution is available.
