Change Trip Database

Is it possible to move a track from one trip database to another?  I recorded my track in the wrong database.

  yeah, if you have access to phpmyadmin then you can easily change. But if you don't have then you have to do it manually. I also face issue in Physical Therapy Prime website and got wrong database and all my patients list gone. Then i have to do it manually.
