Add auto launch of waypoint voice file

We are building a Recreation Route with way point information.  When a traveler arrives at the way point it would be nice to have a feature that allows for auto launching of the voice file.  We can then have a non-guided route for people who say want to know the geology features along the route.  Don't need turn by turn, but auto launch of way point information.
