Maps completly distorted????

I have a paid version of BCN Pro and it worked great for about 3 years, recently I got a new phone and a new tablet and the map sources are COMPLETLY distorted when you zoom in. In satellite view on my old phones(had it on two different ones) it would zoom clearly until I could determine what kind of a car was on a highway. Now with my new phone and tablet, both with much better screen resolution, RAM/ROM and Android PIE not a single map is clear when I zoom past about 16. I have tried all aerial and satellite views and they are all horrible compared to my 3 year old phone and Ipad. I contacted user support and they, like all app developers, claim there must be a issue on my side. I am connected to Wi-Fi with over 100MBPS abd still no luck. Please help!

  Hi Tom,

   

  Can you check your storage settings - is it pointed to the right path?

  Sometimes this causes this - change it and then reboot and see it if changes anything
