Using AccuTerra for my map source

So I paid my subscription for AccuTerra to use it as my primary map source.

I figured out  2.b.vi. Returning to the Map Screen  to make AccuTerra the primary map source.

I'm using a Samsung 8+ (2017) tablet and an XGPS160 as my GPS receiver.

The Tablet is not on my cellular plan and I do not use it connected to the internet.

Now...how do I download AccuTerra to be able to see it on the Map Screen and use it out in the world...

Can I download the whole USA?  Do I download portions of the USA? Portions where I'm going to be using BackCountry Navigator PRO for a planned trip?

Help!!!
