Make current map package the default download location

When downloading map tiles to use offline, it currently defaults to Main Tile Cache even though current trip is using an existing named map package.  (On my Nexus One device, I need to avoid storing tiles in main tile cache because system then slows to a crawl, yet it is too easy to accidentally store tiles there when that is the default,)  Better to have the default be the users current choice on current trip.  Might even be nice to have a warning msg on "vulnerable" devices such as Nexus One whenever about to download to Main Tile Cache.  

Also, I think this may avoid some of the newby complaints about maps not working offline (due to tiles getting stored to unexpected location.)
