Download 'missing elevation data' function

Please consider adding the ability to download elevation data to tracks and waypoints because:

 - Sometimes I add waypoints to maps while sitting at home.  If GPS is not active, no elevation is assigned.

 - Sometimes I download tracks from other sites and those tracks are missing elevation data.

 - When I manually create a route, there is no elevation data.  It would be nice to create a route and then be able to use the chart to see the elevation profile.
