Track width

Hi, not really a support request, but a bit of a feature suggestion (btw, I'm
about to buy your app because for UK Ordnance Survey maps it's the best thing
since sliced bread).

However, I find the 'trail line' can be very thin and difficult to see on
complex maps. On TrekBuddy you can change the thickness of the line to make
it easier to see. It would be great (and presumably simple) if you could
implement this feature into your app!
