Map download improvements

Your software is very good - I like it!

But some additional options would be welcome:
- when downloading maps for offline usage there should be a option that he doesn't requests already downloaded parts (example when the battery was low and the device was shutdown)
- when using online mode it would be nice that he doesn't downloas maps that are already available in offline mode
- and - last of all - it would be nice that he puts maps downloaded in online mode into offline-mode-memory, so that I have them available in that area again without connection with provider (saves costs)

And if I feel, that the maps are outdated, I should be able to say update existing files with newer ones - if this is technical possible to identify the age of a map (part of a map)

  It already does this.
