Waypoint locations on tracks

Originally from ticket #2928.

I use the track feature whenever in new areas and would like the waypoints I input to come up on the graph screen, so I can estimate distances to other waypoints or start/end points. Thanks

PS. I understand that waypoints not inputed while in track mode or manually inputed outside the track cannot be included since they would be outside the track route.
