hi, im writing to you from australia, i think the blm maps are one of the
best ideas you have created. although i use bcnav at least once a week, for
fishing,4wheel driving, and acasionally for hunting, the bush land in aus is
slowly being closed off as water catchment areas and conservation areas etc.
it is difficult to get a firm answer as to where we are allowed to access our
beautifull bushland, if you guy could come up with blm maps for australia i
beleive you would be able to create lots of business in aus, more and more
people are being encouraged to get out there camping and fishing but alot of
people dont know i there's going to be a locked gate, or a ranger to ask them
to move after they just got the camp site set up. i could keep rambling for
hr but you can see my point. please consider more option for australia, i
would be happy to help to the best of my ability sourcing info etc, thanks
mark.

I will add this to the feature request forum. I don't know much about it yet. Please do post whatever links you come across in that forum.

    here's what I've manage to find, hopefully its something, the only problem with this map is its 1993. https://www.ga.gov.au/products/servlet/controller?event=GEOCAT_DETAILS&catno=42316

    http://street-directory.com.au/ is a street directory map which shows some locked gates and fire trails, but some are not showing the gates that I know for a fact are there, its a start but I think maps need to be sourced from national parks and wildlife(npws?) would could prove to be tricky, every time I ring and ask them they don't like to give too much info and tell me to come into the office to get a map of a specific area.maybe this link is an old map that doesn't show the locked gates from the last few years
