Elevation profile & transposing maps

Excellent software! This program is one of the highlights of having a smart
phone. I have a couple suggestions for improvement:

1. Allow user to trace a route using the crosshairs then show an elevation
profile and mileage data. This would be very useful info.

2. For trips already recorded include elevation profile.

3. Allow mode to transpose two maps on top of oneanother. I often swap back
and forth between satellite and topo maps. If I could just transpose the
topo on top of the aerial map my problem would be solved!

  Being able to draw a route and generate an elevation profile -- offline -- is an immensely useful planning tool.  I've been using it for decades with TOPO! software.
