Improve tile selection tool for map downloading

It takes quite a bit of time to download map tiles and I have two suggestions for improving the selection of tiles:

- After an area has been selected, it would be really great to be able to fine tune it by dragging the selection boundaries.

- There should be a button for clearing the selected area.
