Provide a shaded relief topo map source

Shaded relief top maps, similar to the Google Topo maps, are far easier to read and digest on a small screen.  AccuTerra for the iPhone uses great shaded maps that are easy to read.  I almost bought the iPhone solely for that application.  But as a developer myself, I couldn't bring myself to support the closed market model of the iPhone and frankly.  With the explosion of the android market, I was hoping to see maps of similar quality start appearing on Android. available one way or another.
