Manually adjust waypoints? tracks?

Is there a way to manually adjust waypoints and tracks?

I recently added waypoints and tracks to a trip that I had created several weeks ago in BCN Pro for Android and some of them do not align exactly with the previous waypoints and tracks. Is there a way to adjust them?

Also, I assume this is caused by the margin of error inherent with GPS, correct?
