This is meant to help people with the Airplane mode bug on certain Motorola devices.
So far it is expected to work on:
Motorola Droid
Motorola Droid X.
It only shows up in the Market for certain devices. If there is another device with a confirmed airplane mode bug, please post here.

So far, reports are:
Working on Droid and Droid X.
May not be needed on Droid X2.
Also working for Samsung Intercept.
